Quartet's concerto recording is "in the can"

The Quartet recorded Sergio Assad's Interchange with the Delaware Symphony, under the direction of David Amado. The Telarc release is slated for March, 2010. NPR's radio program, Latino USA, recently aired a feature on the piece. The story includes musical excerpts and interviews. Listen here.

LAGQ performs "Don Quixote" project with Monty Python alum John Cleese


On March 25th, as part of the Santa Barbara Guitar Festival, the Quartet performed a new work, "The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote: Words and music from the time of Cervantes", with special guest narrator John Cleese.
